NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given, that the Board of Public Works & Safety for the City of Warsaw, Indiana, will from this date accept sealed proposals (i.e., "bids") for the collection and proper disposal of recyclable materials for the City of Warsaw. Sealed proposals (i.e., "bids") will be received by the City of Warsaw Clerk Treasurer, for the City's Board of Public Works & Safety, until 10:30 AM prevailing local time on the 4th day of September, 2015. All bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Council Chambers during the Board of Works Meeting scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM.
Bids shall be clearly marked "SEALED BIDS / RECYCLING", mailed to the City of Warsaw Clerk Treasurer, 102 S Buffalo St, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, or delivered to Warsaw Clerk Treasurer located at 102 S Buffalo St., Warsaw, IN 46580. All bids shall be properly and completely executed on forms provided, and shall include a non collusion affidavit and CERTIFIED CHECK or Bid Bond of 10 percent (10%) of the bid price. Such check or bid bond shall be made payable to the City of Warsaw. Bid packets can be obtained at the City Clerk Treasurers office or at the Public Works Department for all interested contractors. The Board of Public Works & Safety reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to delete any portion thereof, or waive formalities in the bidding.
