Congressman Marlin Stutzman spoke from the House Floor this week to congratulate Staff Sergeant Andre Carboneau for receiving Indiana Air National Guard’s “Airman of the Year” award.
Carboneau, a Warsaw native, serves as Phase Aircraft Mechanic for the 122nd Fighter Wing, Fort Wayne, and also has found time to attend Indiana State University full time.
“I congratulate Staff Sergeant Andre Carboneau for his achievements and am proud of Indiana’s 14,700 members of the Indiana Army and Air National Guard,” Stutzman said on the floor.
