NOTICE This is a legal notice that Warsaw Moose Family Center, Loyal Order of Moose No. 1423, has applied for an Annual Charity Game Night License under Indiana Code 4-32.2-4-7.5. The Charity Game Night events will be held at 1815 West Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Following is a list of officers and operators for the organization. OFFICERS: Earl Buck, Dave Long, Roger Dunn, Glen Robinson, James Conklin, Andy Hughes, Mike Music, Doug Ault, Dan McClone. OPERATORS: Doug Ault, Dan McClone, Shirl Conklin, Tara McClone, Andy Hughes, Mike Music, Earl Buck. Any person can protest issuance of the Annual Charity Game Night License. All protests must be postmarked within two weeks of the date of this notice and should be mailed to: Indiana Gaming Commission, Charity Gaming Division, 101 W Washington St., Suite 1600, East Tower, Indianapolis, IN 46204-3408.
