Kosciusko County officials are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a Warsaw man wanted on numerous charges. Matthew Scott Boggs, 41, currently has numerous charges and pending court cases including forgery, stalking, theft, invasion of privacy and possession of methamphetamine. He has a bond of $200,000 set in Kosciusko County.
