A Warsaw man is in custody at the Kosciusko County Jail for allegedly dealing methamphetamine after a year-long investigation by the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force.
William Nathan Golden, 30, of 520 Ross Avenue Apartment B, Warsaw, was arrested at 10:46 p.m. Tuesday on charges of dealing a narcotic, a Class B felony. Initially held without bond, Golden's bond was set at $100,000 this morning.
The drug task force has been investigating Golden's activities for more than a year, and officials received more tips about the possibility of Golden dealing drugs over the past two months.
Tuesday night, the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force made an undercover purchase of methamphetamine at Golden's residence and then arrested him.
This is not Golden's first drug arrest. In February, he was charged with dealing methamphetamine after a long investigation at a home on Webster Lake.
The task force has dealt with Golden on several occasions since his first arrest in the late 1990s on cocaine charges.
Anyone with information regarding illegal drug activity in their neighborhood is asked to call the drug task force at 574-372-2494 or the sheriff's department at 574-267-5667.
