Warsaw Man Faces Drug Dealing Charges

A Warsaw man is facing drug dealing charges for allegedly selling meth to a confidential informant twice.

Brandon L. Warren, 41, of 302 N. Bronson St., Warsaw, was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail at 12:02 p.m. Thursday and faces charges for aiding, inducing or causing dealing in methamphetamine, a Level 2 felony; aiding, inducing or causing dealing in methamphetamine, a Level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a Level 5 felony.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed Friday in Kosciusko Circuit Court, in December officers with NET43 used a confidential informant to purchase a total of 20.56 grams of methamphetamine from Warren at his Bronson Street home on two separate occasions. The CI used NET43 documented funds for the purchase and was outfitted with an audio and video recording device during the transactions.

Warren’s bond was set at $10,250.
