The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force arrested a Warsaw man Thursday for allegedly dealing cocaine.
Benny Dean Fitzpatrick, 18, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, was arrested at 12:28 p.m. Thursday and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on two counts of dealing cocaine more than three grams and an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. His bond was set at $40,750.
The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force has been investigating Fitzpatrick for several months and believes he has been dealing large amounts of cocaine in the Warsaw area.
The Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department and the Kosciusko County Prosecutor's Office assisted the drug task force in it's investigation.
