A Warsaw man was booked Thursday on a Class B felony rape charge.
A 20-year-old Warsaw woman alleges that Ronald Leon Timmons, 40, raped her on May 19 at her home. Timmons claims that they had consentual intercourse.
An affadavit for probable cause, states that the victim reportedly said twice she did not want to have sex. The victim alleges that the accused began to have intercourse with her while she was asleep.
Timmons is free on bond.
