A Warsaw man was arrested Sunday night for allegedly entering a residence and attempting to sexually assault a woman.
Police were called to Suburban Acres Trailer Park just after 11 p.m. Sunday.
When police arrived to the residence, a woman at one of the trailers stated that a man entered the residence through a window, grabbed her by the neck and began to fondle and kiss her.
After fighting off the subject, the woman screamed for her husband, who was also home at the time, as the male subject left the house.
A green mini-van was parked near the residence and at some point, Israel Ahuatl, 22, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Lot 50, came out and headed toward the mini-van.
When the victim's husband asked if he was involved, Ahuatl denied it, then allegedly stated if they called the police he would hurt them.
According to the police reports, Ahuatl had a strong smell of alcohol on his breath and an open container of alcohol was found in his mini-van.
The victim stated she couldn't get a good look at the person who assaulted her, but she noticed a ring on his face.
When Ahuatl was booked into Kosciusko County Jail, police noted he had a piercing near his bottom lip.
Ahuatl was arrested on a count of sexual battery and residential entry.
