Warsaw Fire Department responded to a house fire at 416 E. Lyon St., Warsaw, at 11:47 p.m. Monday and were on the scene until 2:10 a.m. today. There was no one home at the property when the fire occurred, according to a WFD spokesman. Damages were estimated at $40,000 on the property, owned by Earl Hackworth, and $15,000 to the contents.
