Warsaw Elks Lodge 802 Assists Those With Diabetes With Gift To Jimmy Baker Fund

The Warsaw Elks Lodge recently presented the Kosciusko County Community Foundation with a check for $3,600 from the proceeds of their 17th Annual Jimmy Baker Memorial Diabetes Fund golf scramble.
The gift will support the Jimmy Baker Memorial Diabetes Fund, a component fund of the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
The fund was established by the Elks in memory of a longtime member Jimmy Baker, and helps individuals in need of assistance with their diabetes treatment.
Kosciusko County Community Foundation Inc. is a public charity whose mission is to bring caring people and charitable endeavors together to inspire generosity and strengthen communities. The Community Foundation grants about $3 million annually in the areas of education, health, arts and culture, recreation, civic projects, environment and human services.
