NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR DISPOSAL OF REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of Warsaw, Indiana will hold a public hearing on disposal of real property. The hearing will be held on the 21st day of May, 2012, at 7:00 pm at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana. The real property is described as Kosciusko County, Indiana, Parcel ID 004-039-032, with an address of 420 Little League Drive, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580. Written suggestions or objections to the provisions of said disposal may be filed with the Park Department before such hearing and will be heard by the Common Council at the time and place specified. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the proposed disposal, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
