Warsaw Development, LLC, 1020 Woodland Plaza Run, Fort Wayne, IN is submitting a NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Park Ridge Section IV to the east and south of the intersection of Nuthatch Drive and Lindenwood Avenue in Warsaw, Indiana. Construction is scheduled to commence in June 2015. Run-off from the project site will discharge into the detention basin onsite and then to Walnut Creek.
