NOTICE Notice is hereby given the Warsaw Community School Corporation will consider at a public hearing whether the sale to an abutting owner of certain real estate it owns is the highest and best use of that land according to I.C. 36-1-11-5. The hearing will be held on February 25, 2013 at 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580 within the regular Board of School Trustees meeting which begins at 7:00 P.M. The real estate in question is legally described as follows, to-wit: Part of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter), of said Section 15; thence Southerly, a distance of 19.2 feet (recorded): thence Westerly, a distance of 198.6 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing Westerly, a distance of 27.6 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped “Walker” at the Southeast corner of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document Number 200600001266 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana, said iron pin being situated 0.3 feet South of and 1.0 foot East of an iron pipe found; thence Northerly, by an interior angle of 89°-18', on and along the East line of said tract of land in Document Number 200600001266, a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron pin found on the Southerly right-of-way line of Maple Street as described in Deed Record 198, page 392 in said records; thence Easterly, by an interior angle of 90°-42', on and along said Southerly right-of-way line, a distance of 30.8 feet; thence Southerly, by an interior angle of 87°-28', a distance of 100.09 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.07 acres of land, more or less, subject to all legal right-of-way, subject to all legal drain easements and all other easements of record. This real estate has a square footage of approximately 2,884 and has a value deemed to be less than $6,000. The real estate is located at 110 Maple Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana.
