NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received By: The Board of Trustees of the Warsaw Community Schools For: WCS Two-Way Radio Project At: Warsaw Community Schools Central Administrative Offices 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw, IN 46580 Until: 2:00 P.M. local time, Friday, February 3, 2012 Bids received after that date will be returned unopened. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "WCS Two-Way Radio System Project." Bid Opening: The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter in the Central Administrative Offices, 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw, IN 46580 All work for the complete implementation of the project will be made under one prime contract with the Owner or its assignee. Completion of the project will be in full accordance with the bidding documents, which are on file with the Owner and may be obtained by prospective bidders by contacting Greg Schroeder, Director of Buildings and Grounds, by email at mailto:gschroeder@warsaw.k12.in.us by phone at (574) 269-1796; or in writing at 918 E. Market Street, Warsaw, IN 46580. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security shall be a bid bond or certified check. All bid bonds shall be made payable to Warsaw Community Schools. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period extending to April 5, 2012.
