NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Warsaw Community School Corporation is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: Madison Elementary School, located at the northeast corner of the intersection of 150 West and 300 North, Warsaw, Indiana 46581. Run-off from the project site will discharge to a proposed stormwater detention basin and then be released to eventually drain into the Tippecanoe River.
