NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF LEASE BETWEEN WARSAW COMMUNITY SCHOOLS AND WARSAW MULTI-SCHOOL BUILDING CORPORATION Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees of Warsaw Community Schools (the “School Corporation”), a Lease Agreement (the “Lease”) between the School Corporation and Warsaw Multi-School Building Corporation was executed and entered into on September 21, 2015. The Lease covers the site of proposed construction of a new Lincoln Elementary School in Warsaw, Indiana. A copy of such Lease is on file in the Administration Building of the School Corporation, 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
