NOTICE OF PROJECT AND PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION HEARING Pursuant to Indiana Code 20-26-7-37 and Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-3.5, notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Warsaw Community Schools will meet at 07:00 p.m. on January 26, 2015, at 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw, Indiana, to hold a hearing to discuss and hear objections and support regarding the proposed construction of a replacement Lincoln Elementary School and the renovation of and improvements to the Washington Elementary School and Edgewood Middle School (collectively, the "Project"), and to consider the adoption of a resolution making a preliminary determination to enter into a lease or issue bonds for the Project.
