Construction has progressed on phase two of the Warsaw Commons project to the point that it will be completed by the end of July.
Thompson-Thrift is the general contractor on the project.
According to Scott Kleinknight, Thompson Thrift project manager, Warsaw Commons has 85 percent of its shell under roof and 53,000 square feet of concrete laid.
“I believe the tenants are going to be very pleased with the level of quality they will enjoy once Thompson Thrift turns over Warsaw Commons to them,” Kleinknight said.
Tenants at Warsaw Commons phase two include PetSmart, Shoe Carnival, Ulta Beauty and T.J. Maxx.
