Notice is hereby given that the Warsaw Common Council will hold a public hearing on requests that matters of non-compliance be waived regarding timeliness of filings (including, but not limited to, the Statement of Benefits Personal Property, SB-1/PP, along with related schedules), which filings are necessary for receipt of tax abatement deductions with respect to the assessed value of Instrumental Machine & Development, Inc. The public hearing will be held in the Warsaw City Hall Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 on October 7, 2019 at 7:00 PM.
