NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Warsaw Common Council will hold a public hearing on requests that matters of non-compliance be waived regarding timeliness of filings (including, but not limited to, the Business Real Property Return, along with related schedules and returns, and also the Compliance with Statement of Benefits form and Statement of Benefits form), which filings are necessary for receipt of tax abatement deductions, with respect to West Hill Development, LLC. The public hearing will be held in the Warsaw City Hall Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580 on August 1, 2016 at 7:00 PM.
