NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Common Council for the City of Warsaw shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Whimet Properties, LLC requesting approval of the vacation of a portion of public ways of Beverage Street located between lots 3 and 4 and Roosevelt Street located between lots 8 and 9 on the Plat of Shore Acres.
This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on 10/2/2023, at 7:00 P.M. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Justin Taylor, 102 S.
