The bid will be for all work as shown in Drawings and Specifications and related work required for project competition. 4. All bidders must examine the Drawings, read the Specifications, and visit the site of this project to fully investigate the extent and quality of the work required. Bidders shall be familiar with the location and access to construction site, availability of utilities, the condition of the site and any existing construction, and governing agencies and permit processes. 5.
