Per the National Historic Preservation Act, the views of the public are being sought regarding the effect of the proposed project on any historic elements within the area (per 36 CFR 800.4(d)(1), and 800.2(d)(2).  The documentation specified in 36 CFR 800.11 is available for inspection from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, at the City of Warsaw Building & Planning Department, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, IN  46580.      This documentation serves as the basis for the FHWA’s “No Historic Properties Affected” finding.
