A Warsaw boy suffered a broken collar bone in an All-Terrain Vehicle accident Friday afternoon.

According to State Conservation officer Ashlee Jackson, Justin S. Lampkin, 14, of 13 EMS C24 Lane, Warsaw, was riding his ATV on private property near CRs 150E and 300N, just east of Airport Road.

A witness told Jackson that Lampkin was operating his ATV on a trail at an estimated 35-40 miles per hour.

According to a police report, Lampkin lost control of the vehicle after he drove over a series of bumps.

Warsaw EMS responded, and transported Lampkin to Kosciusko Community Hospital where he was treated for a broken collar bone and road rash.
