NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Real America Development, LLC requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards for 5' variance from the 35' height limit on property located at Northwest corner of Sheldon and Heron Blvd and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: 3C of Nye-Brandt Plat Key Number 028-115-083 This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, March 24, 2014, at 7:00:00 PM.
