NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WARSAW BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS To: Interested Parties NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Kosciusko Community YMCA has filed with the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals of Warsaw, Indiana, a petition requesting a Variance from Development Standards to the zoning regulations, to wit: Description of Premises Affected; 1849 Springhill Rd, Warsaw, IN Description of Action Requested: to allow Outdoor Recreation (YMCA facility) in an R-1 District. The petition and file on this matter are available for public inspection during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Building and Planning Department in the Engineering Office at 794 W. Center Street in Warsaw, Indiana. A pubic hearing will be held by said Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, March 22, 2010, at 7:00 PM, at Council Chambers in the City Hall building, at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. This notice is sent to you as an owner of property in the general area affected by this petition or an interested party by order of the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals.
