NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Kosciusko Community YMCA requesting approval of a Special Exception on a petition filed by Kosciusko Community (YMCA facility) in an R-1 District on property located at 1849 Springhill Rd, Warsaw, IN and more particularly described as follows, to wit: of Key Number 4-16-1KA, 4-14-6, 4-13-3.F, 4-32-6. This hearing will be held at the Meeting Room 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, March 22, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
