Winona Ave., Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to wit: 9-15 Kists Central Addn. This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, April 27, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard.
