NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Terry L. & Jo Ellen Peeple requesting approval of a Variance from Developmental Standards to allow a 19'6" Variance from front yard setback on property located at 1310 2 St., Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to wit: 221 of Lakeside Park Key Number 4-20-114 This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, March 28, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard.
