NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Plan Commission of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on the following petition: Meijer-Warsaw Plat by Roger DeHoek, which is proposed to subdivide 37.7 acres into six lots. The property is located at US 30 and Anchorage Rd. The hearing has been set for April 8, 2013 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers, at City Hall located at 102 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, Indiana. Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the proposal. The petition and file include a legal description of the property and drawings showing the layout or proposed lots and streets.
