NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Eric Kimes requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards to permit a 10' Variance from the Vision Clearance Restriction on property located at 527 N Lake St. and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 368 of Hood & Britton Add Key Number 4-42-139 This hearing will be held at the Meeting Room 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
