NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Dawn Hepler requesting approval of a Use Variance to allow a Manufacturing of Luggage Racks in R-1 Zoning District on property located at 710 N. Cook St., Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 54, 55, 56 of Kist N Addition Key Number 4-41-171 This hearing will be held at the Meeting Room 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, June 28, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
