NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Growing Kids Learning Center requesting approval of a Use Variance for to allow a day care center in a R-1 district on property located at 501 N. Harrison St., Warsaw, IN 46580 and more particularly described as follows, to wit: -of- Key Number 004-045-060 This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, August 26, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
