NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Melissa Cook requesting approval of a Special Exception to allow for an Indoor Recreation Facility on property located at 207 S. Buffalo Sreet, Warsaw, IN and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 39 of Key Number 4-43-349 This hearing will be held at the City Council Chambers 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, October 27, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
