NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Emily E. Chapman requesting approval of a Use Variance to allow a Retail Sales in an R-3 Zoning District on property located at 1922 E Center St., Warsaw, IN and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 4 of Mt. Mem Add, Key Number 4-48-75. This hearing will be held at the Meeting Room 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, July 26, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
