Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Gloria Saldivar requesting approval of a Special Exception to allow a home occupation in an R-2 Zoning District located at 513 N Ellsworth Street and more particularly described as follows, to wi:

This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on November 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.
