Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Lloyd Bailey requesting approval of a Use Variance to request a allow outside storage in a C-2 located at 540 E. Market St., and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.
