Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Lamar Advertising requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards for To allow a substantial modification to an existing nonconforming sign to convert existing billboard structure faces to be electronic message board located at 412 N Detroit St and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on 08/28/2023, at 7 PM All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.
