Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Randy Montes requesting approval of a Use Variance to request a allow accessory structure in An R-2 with no primary residence located at Hitzler St. and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
