NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Cardinal Services Inc requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards for To Allow Parking and Detention Pond in R-1 Zoning located at S Colfax St and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: 004-074-068.AA
This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on 09/25/2023, at 7 PM All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.
