NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Frauhiger Realty Co LLC, agent Stephen R. Snyder requesting approval of a Use Variance to Allow A Storage Unit Facility in a C-2 Zoning District located at 600 E Winona Ave and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on 06/24/2024, at 7 PM. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.
