NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Earl Kline requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards for Allow a 40' Shipping Container for Permanent Storage to be Placed at the Southeast Corner of the Parking Lot Located at 125 W. 250N and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.
