NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Signtech Sign Services requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards to Allow An Internally Illuminated Sign Within An R-1 Zoning District located at 1010 S Union St and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on 05/28/2024, at 7 PM. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing.
