NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given, that the Board of of Public Works & Safety for the City of Warsaw, Indiana, will from this date accept sealed bids for: (1) The construction of a Turn-key Training Facility. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Warsaw Clerk-Treasurer, for the City's Board of Public Works & Safety, until 10:30 a.m. prevailing local time on the 18th day of September, 1009. All bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Council Chambers during the Board of Works Meeting scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Bids shall be clearly marked 'SEALED BIDS/TURN-KEY TRAINING FACILITY", mailed to the City of Warsaw Clerk-Treasurer, PO Box 817, Warsaw, Indiana 46581-0817, or delivered to Warsaw Clerk Treasurer located at 302 E. Market St., Warsaw, IN 46580. All bids shall be properly and completely executed on forms provided, and shall include a non-collusion affidavit and Certified Check or Bid Bond of 10 percent (10%) of the bid price. Such check or bid bond shall be made payable to the City of Warsaw. Bid packets containing specifications may be obtained at the City Clerk-Treasurers Office. The Board of Public Works & Safety reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to delete any portion thereof, or waive formalities in the bidding process.
