Boy Scout Troop 715 has been working on the Astronomy Merit Badge for several weeks. Some of the requirements are to visit an observatory and point out 10 constellations. Del Fisher, Warsaw Astronomical Society, opened up the club's observatory at Camp Crosley on a recent clear evening. The group of Scouts got to view the planet Jupiter with its distinct rings plus see three of the four moons. A smaller scope, on loan from Eagle Scout Rick McCleary, was used to view the moon.
