NOTICE TO THE TAXPAYERS OF THE CITY OF WARSAW, INDIANA OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Warsaw, Indiana (the "City"), that the Common Council of the City will meet in the Council Chambers in City Hall located at 302 E. Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. (local time), on Monday, December 6, 2010, to consider the following additional appropriation which has been determined to be necessary and which is in addition to all appropriations provided for in the existing budget and levy: Fund Name: Rainy Day Amount Requested: Budget Classification: 63-40063-42-63 $1,400,000.00 (Capital Outlays) Total $1,400,000.00 APPROPRIATION USE: The $1,400.000.00 is necessary for the acquisition of property at 117 W. Center Street and 102 S. Buffalo St., together with all expenses necessarily incurred in connection therewith.
