Ricky A. Snelling Jr., 37, is wanted on several federal charges, according to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. His last known location was in the Talma and Mentone area in northeast Fulton County, southwest Kosciusko County. Snelling should be considered armed and dangerous. If his whereabouts are known, do not approach and call 911 immediately.
