Wanda W. RameyWanda W. Ramey, 85, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital in Warsaw.
She was born on Aug. 11, 1937, in Red Bay, Ala., to Gladys Winchester White and Willard Harlow Hale. She graduated from Eastern High School in Middletown, Ky.
While working retail, she would meet a nice man who sold shoes and happened to work in the store right next to hers, and the rest became history. She was loving, bubbly, friendly and sometimes stubborn. She always thought of others before herself. Wanda had a great love of family and was an awesome mom to her children. She worshipped the ground that her grandson walked on, always supporting him in all avenues of life. Wanda enjoyed traveling with her family, going to the beach and stopping at all the waterparks they could find.
Wanda is survived by her son, Charles Ramey, of Pierceton; and daughter Regina Ramey, of Warsaw; grandson, Sean Stabler, of Warsaw; brother, James White; brother-in-law, Tom Ramey; and several nieces and nephews.
