Wanda Lou BrownSYRACUSE – Wanda Lou Brown, a lifelong resident of Syracuse, passed away peacefully at Goshen General Hospital on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021, due to complications from congestive heart failure.
Wanda was born on Nov. 4, 1959, in Goshen, to Kellie England and Sharon Batesla. She graduated from Wawasee High School in 1978 and married Scott Brown on Oct. 23 that same year. Together, they have one son, Kellie Alan Brown.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Kellie England and Sharon Batesla, as well as her half sister, Kay.
She is survived by her son, Kellie; his wife, Lindsey; and her beloved grandson, Grant; her sister, Kella Janine; and her husband, Joe Cannizzaro; her half sister, Sue; and her stepfather, Edward Batesla.
Wanda’s final arrangements are being coordinated by Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse.
